Natural beauty at its best. Fauna and flora create the terroir of Andros and especially Korthion region where our village belongs. Thyme, Caper, Fennel, Olive trees, lemon trees, fig trees flourish among stones, sky and water springs. This natural terroir becomes important for avifauna, holding important breeding populations of two protected seabird species: the Mediterranean Shag and the Augouin's Gull, as well as the enigmatic Eleonora’s falcon.
